  • 本研究旨在探討義務「張老師」的生涯歷程,個人是如何安排自己的生涯路線,探討造成其從加入到離開的脈絡原因,其志工經驗對其生涯產生甚麼影響。研究者想要透過在其成為志工,及其服務期間所形成的各片段,將之連結成為「故事」,並期望透過這些「故事」發現,了解義務「張老師」背後的成長脈絡。
    本研究採用質性研究的方法,探討八位離職義務「張老師」從加入到離職的心路歷程,並採用現象學派探討研究內容。
    本研究主要發現如下:
    一.學習是大部分人的參與動機
    二.值班氛圍及督導風格的影響尤為明顯
    三.即使離開了,仍等待時機復職
    四.對機構懷抱一顆感恩的心
    五.絕大部份人的信念是,我會一直當義務「張老師」
    最後,研究者針對未來研究者及「張老師」機構提出各項建議。

    The purpose of this study is to explore the career path of the Voluntary “Teacher Chang”, how individuals arrange their career paths, to explore the reasons for their involvement from devotion to resignation, and what impacts of volunteer experience to their careers. Researcher wants to link their various episodes of becoming volunteers and their volunteer services into "stories", and look forward to discovering these "stories" and understanding the growth of the voluntary “Teacher Chang”.
    This study uses the method of qualitative research to explore the psychological process of eight “Teacher Chang” volunteers from devotion to resignation of “Teacher Chang”, and using the phenomenology method to explore the research content.
    The main findings of this study are as follows:
    1. Most participants wanted to get knowledge and skills in participation.
    2. The influence of the duty atmosphere and supervision style is
    particularly obvious.
    3. Even if the participants chose to resign, they are still looking forward to be one of the volunteers again.
    4. Embrace a grateful heart to the “Teacher Chang”.
    5. The belief of most participants is that “I will always be a “Teacher Chang” volunteer.
    Finally, the researcher made recommendations for future researchers and “Teacher Chang”.
