越來越多企業在經營管理與營運上採用團隊管理的概念,面對日益嚴峻的商業競爭環境,有效益的團隊作業,使企業面對市場的急劇變化,能提升立即因應的效率。這不僅讓企業省下龐大的成本開銷,也增加企業在經營管理上的靈活度。在這個資訊爆炸的時代,團隊作業定義已經不只是純粹由企業內不同部門專業人士組成,必須加入知識管理與團體內部運作的概念,方能使團隊作業的效益發揮到極致。知識管理係指團隊內部對知識的整合,來促進團隊專案的成功。內部團體運作則著重在消弭團隊中成員的衝突,進而增進團隊共識的形成。兩者皆是達到良好團隊績效的關鍵因素。
儲蓄互助社由一群具有共同關係的人所組成的社會基層金融機構。這群人身為所屬儲蓄互助社的股東,具有共同經營管理組織的權利。他們也是顧客,能夠享有所屬儲蓄互助社所提供的各項金融產品與服務。面對高度競爭的金融產業環境,儲蓄互助社面對各項挑戰必須適時轉變營運策略。由社員推選出來的理事會是主導儲蓄互助社未來發展方向的關鍵團隊。理事會成員有效能的管理與合作,將會提升儲蓄互助社業務運作的績效。
More and more enterprises adopt team management in business management and operation. With the critical environment of business competition, good team work improves the efficiency of business reaction to the market. It reduces the cost expenditure as well as increase the flexibility of the business operation. In this abundant information era, team work is no longer composed by experts and specialist from different department in a company. The knowledge management and the interior process of a team become more important than before. Knowledge management is integrating information resources in a team to improve the success of a team project. And the interior group process is to eliminate conflicts between team members which help to form stronger consensus in a team. Both of them are critical factors lead to the better team performance.
Credit union is an organization composed of members in common relationship. In the competitive financial environment, credit union needs to adopt some changes in order to face the challenges. Board of directors is the key group determining the future direction and operation of credit union. Efficient management and cooperation in a board tend to lead the business operation in a better performance
