由於電動機車的電池電量會有隨時間衰退的特性,隨意棄置將導致嚴重的金屬汙染,透過推動車電分離,即電動機車產品與配對電池服務分開營運,產品服務系統的方式將有利於電池回收機制,本研究欲探討目前兩大已商業運營的電動機車產品服務系統,由雙方的競爭過程,分析其商業模式演進所形成的價值主張,與問卷調查所得之顧客偏好,相互對照分析。
本研究所運用的方法為結合聯合分析與動態競爭分析,並進行顧客分群的變異數分析,與願付價格量化顧客的認知價值,並根據顧客問卷的偏好屬性,以策略轉折點概念進行企業層次的動態競爭分析,以超優勢競爭四大領域「雄厚資本領域」、「價格和品質優勢領域」、「時機與專業知識優勢領域」、「創新形成的進入障礙優勢領域」為基礎,依時間軸分析企業的實際競爭策略與行動,產生新的歸納與探索性解釋,並繪製電動機車產品服務系統為主的各領域之競爭演變圖,以對偶公司層次分析商業營運的電動機車產品服務系統提供的價值主張差異。
研究結果發現,顧客最偏好的屬性是「充換電服務所需時間」,接下來由高到低依序為「月均攤付價格」、「最高速率」、「續航力」與「抵達電池服務據點所需時間」,並在不同性別、年齡、騎乘電動機車經驗、居住型態的客群,發現部分屬性重要性權重具有顯著差異,動態競爭分析結果為,業者除了獲取相對於競爭對手的暫時優勢,同時讓業者價值主張與顧客認知價值產生共鳴,並提供未來策略的具體建議供業者參考。
The core concept of the product service system(PSS) is that the enterprise combines tangible products with intangible services to maximize the benefits of product use, while reducing environmental impact and allowing resources to be effectively utilized. It not only has commercial competitiveness but also tends to be sustainable. The business model that needs to be valued. Since the battery power of the electric motorcycle will decay with time, random disposal will lead to serious metal pollution. By promoting the electric motorcycle product and the paired battery service are operated separately, this PSS will be beneficial to the battery recycling mechanism. This study is to explore the competition process of current two major commercial motorcycle PSSs, analysis of the value proposition of their business model.
The method used in this study conjoint analysis and dynamic competition analysis, and performs analysis of variance and willing to pay. Based on the preference attribute of customer questionnaire, the dynamic competition analysis of enterprise level is carried out with the strategic inflection point. On the basis of the four major arenas of hypercompetition, analyzing the company's competitive strategies and actions according on the timeline. Draw the competitive evolution graphs of the electric motorcycle PSSs, and analyze the difference in value proposition provided by the dual-company analysis of the electric motor motorcycle PSS. Through the analysis results, provide suggestions to the dealers of electric motorcycle PSS.
