  • 在網路時代的迅速發展下,數位學習平台如雨後春筍般出現,顛覆了既有的傳道授業方式。網絡技術的進步使知識的傳播不再受限於地域和時間,透過整合多種媒體形式,無論是升學課程、專業培訓還是技能學習,僅須一台電腦或其他行動裝置便能隨時隨地在線參與學習。然而,不同數位學習平台間存在的諸多差異將會直接地影響使用者的使用體驗與學習動機。因此,許多研究者開始關注使用者對於數位學習平台的使用行為,以了解他們的習慣和偏好。

    過去針對數位學習平台的相關研究主要關注於使用者對於平台的持續使用意願,對於使用者本身的學習動機和學習效果的研究相對較少。因此,本研究旨在探討數位學習平台的使用者介面設計和網站氛圍對於使用者學習動機的影響,同時加入情緒的變數探討它們作為使用者介面設計及網站氛圍的中介變數如何產生更進一步的影響。透過這些探討,我們可以更全面性地了解使用者對於使用數位學習平台時產生學習動機的因素,為數位學習平台提供更有價值的管理建議。

    根據相關文獻探討,本研究建立了一套評估量表,並透過網路問卷的形式向受測者發放。總共發放了428份問卷,經過篩選無效問卷後,共有396份有效問卷可供後續分析。此些問卷針對曾使用數位學習平台的受測者進行調查,旨在了解他們對於數位學習平台的使用動機及習慣。

    研究結果顯示:(一)數位學習平台網站的介面設計會對使用者的控制度產生正向影響;(二)數位學習平台網站的網站氛圍會對使用者的愉悅度產生正向影響;(三)使用者的控制度會對其愉悅度產生正向影響;(四)使用者受介面設計所引起的控制感會正向影響他們的學習動機;(五)使用者受網站氛圍所引起的愉悅感會正向影響他們的學習動機;(六)控制度在使用者介面設計和學習動機之間有中介效果;(七)愉悅度在網站氛圍和學習動機之間有中介效果。

    In the rapid development of the internet era, digital learning platforms have emerged in large numbers, revolutionizing traditional methods of teaching. By using various forms of media, one can participate in learning online anytime and anywhere. However, the numerous differences between various digital learning platforms directly affect users' experience and learning motivation. Therefore, understanding factors influencing users' behaviors regarding digital learning platforms is crucial.The research uses the pleasure, and the dominance of PAD emotional state model to examine how the factors including user interface design and website atmospheres will effect the users’ learning motivation on digital learning platforms. This study established an evaluation scale and distributed it to respondents through an online questionnaire. A total of 396 valid questionnaires were available for subsequent analysis.After analysis, the research results show that: (1) The interface design of digital learning platforms positively affects users' sense of dominance; (2) The website atmosphere of digital learning platforms positively affects users' sense of pleasure; (3) Users' sense of dominance positively affects their sense of pleasure; (4) Users' sense of dominance induced by interface design positively affects their learning motivation; (5) Users' sense of pleasure induced by website atmosphere positively affects their learning motivation; (6) The sense of dominance has a mediating effect between user interface design and learning motivation; (7) The sense of pleasure has a mediating effect between website atmosphere and learning motivation.
