摘要
有機發光二極體材料近年來成為一種非常重要的電激發光材料,在相關文獻報導中,具1,3,4-(口咢)二唑環與(口卡)唑環衍生物,具有良好傳輸電子及阻擋洞子傳輸的功能,且其相關的衍生物也常被運用於發藍光的電激發光材料中。
本論文以3-(口比)啶甲酸乙酯及α-氯醯基芳香(月井)‧氯化氫為原料,經由一連串的反應,合成出具1,3,4-(口咢)二唑環、1,2,4-三唑及(口卡)唑環的多雜環化合物。並將所得的產物透過UV-Vis、PL及CV的測試來探討其光電性質。
希望藉由光電性質的探討,拓展α-氯醯基芳香(月井)‧氯化氫在合成小分子有機電激發光材料上的應用。
Abstract
Organic compounds, which can be used to make organic
light-emitting diodes, have recently become an interesting and
important material. Research on looking for potential target
compounds has been studied intensively. Compounds derived from
1,3,4-oxadiazoles and carbazoles had been reported having good
electron-transporting and hole-transporting properties and
had been applied as blue light-emitting materials.
In this thesis, polyheterocyclic compounds containing the moiety of 1,3,4-oxadiazole,carbazole, or 1,2,4-triazole were synthesized through series reactions. The electroluminiecent properties for the obtained products were studied by analyzing UV-VIS, PL,and CV spectra.
In this study we have shown that it is possible to synthesize potential target compounds, polyheterocyclic compounds, by starting from α-chloroformylarylhydrazine‧hydrochochloride to make OLED device.
