本研究從飛航操作品質保證系統所取得的參數中,以純工程的方法,找出可以改善航空公司所使用單一參數超限的風險分析方法,避免以偏概全或者需要仰賴專家意見的情況。本研究透過飛航參數間相關性的計算,找出某飛航參數異常時,一起發生異常的其他參數,並據此定義具高度相關、相互耦合的參數組合而成,且具有飛航操作意義的各種飛航安全癥候。
本研究以整體的角度來檢視飛航安全,提出“ 飛航安全癥候”的概念。首先計算正常航班各個參數間的向量內積夾角,做為其相關性,再依據相關性之高低,歸納出七個參數組合,並以其合向量定義為癥候,分別為軌跡、速度、動力、俯仰、垂直速度、側滾與航向。再根據正常航班為門檻,過濾出異常航班之癥候變化。最後藉由T檢定及標準差,篩選出異常航班中FOQA數據的異常。結果顯示,軌跡、速度、動力、俯仰、垂直速度、側滾與航向六項癥候,皆能顯著代表參數群組之連動變化,並呈現出飛航狀態的異常現象。癥候側滾與正常航班相比並無明顯不同,有待更深入探討。本研究初步確認飛航安全癥候概念之合理性,依據癥候能快速檢視各項相關參數,並掌握整體飛航狀態,可作為表達飛航情境的一個指標,並提供飛航安全之基本工程分析能力。
The goal of this research is to check the feasibility of the concept of symptom in the analysis of flight safety. It is known that all the theories of flight safety are mostly products of Western sequential thinking. However, aviation is a highly complex and tightly coupled system defying the use of sequence. Therefore, it could be beneficial to study flight safety through a holistic view.
With the calculation of inner product, It is possible to reveal the consistency of change from two parameters. After that, parameters can be a combination by their degree of consistency and defined those combinations as symptoms. Seven symptoms were proposed in this study. The preliminary results of this study show that the symptoms concept is basically possible. It is hoped that the symptoms concept can be created as a measure for the analysis of flight safety in addition to the FOQA system.
