本研究主要提昇在醫療建築之手術室整建工程空間規劃設計、施工及建造品質,透過文獻及研究者本身從事醫療建築工程設計多年的實物理論檢討,在建築手術室整建工程中,包含規劃動線整合構面、細部空間需求整合構面、手術室構造需求整合構面、手術室機水電空調系統需求構面、施工前整合構面、施工圖套繪整合構面、施工進行計畫整合構面、空間施工期程中整合構面、牆面施工整合、天花板面施工整合、營建管理界面整合等十一項施工界面風險檢核因子,並藉由工程界有實際從事手術室整建工程設計施工等工程管理經驗專家問卷,彙整分析結論。
施工界面整合對任何一專案工程的進度影響甚鋸,本研究以手術室整建工程中,不僅系統不同於一般建築工程,更需考量空間之動線及潔淨度之要求等,因此本文彙集文獻資料及理論,整理出有上述影響規劃設計施工等構面計有100條子項目風險檢核因子,透過實際案例及專家問卷調查之分析,探討手術室整建工程中之界面問題進而研擬解決對策,協助手術室整建工程施工團隊提昇對施工界面整合管理之效率。
透過本研究之內容,冀望未來有參與手術室工程設計施工之團隊在界面協調管理執行上,在於施工初期能明確訂定共同之組織、機制、文件及團隊人員,在同一個界面平台上共同管理,方能有效解決施工界面之問題;對於執行醫院建築施工管理與各設備系統整合工作時應逐項檢核,則可建造符合醫療品質及安全、便捷、舒適等醫療作業環境之責任,期以提升醫療建築工程之使用功能需求。
In this study, the major upgrade of the operating room in the medical building renovation project space planning and design, construction and construction quality, through literature and the researcher for many years engaged in the medical building engineering design review of the physical theory, the operating room in the building renovation project, including planning moving line integration dimension, detail demand for integrated spatial dimensions, operating structure needs integration dimension, operating system requirements for air conditioning machines hydro dimensions, before the construction of the integration dimension, construction sets painted integration dimensions, construction plans for integration dimensions, space construction process integration dimensions, wall construction integration, integrated ceiling surface construction, construction management interface interface integration eleven construction risk factor checklist and by engineering works have actually engaged in operating theater renovation design and construction experience in project management expert questionnaire, pooled analysis conclusions.
Construction interface integration on the progress of any project affecting even saw, this study theater renovation project, only the system is different from the general construction work, but also need to consider the space of moving lines and cleanliness requirements, this paper brings together the literature information and theory, sorting out the impact of the above dimensions of planning design and construction of 100 sliver count checklist project risk factors, through practical case studies and expert analysis of questionnaire survey to explore the interface of the operating room renovation project problems and then develop countermeasures assist in the operating room renovation project construction team to enhance the construction of efficient integrated management interface.
Through this research content, hoping to participate in the future of theater design and construction management team coordinating the implementation of the interface on the initial phase of construction that can be clearly defined in common organizations, mechanisms, documents and team members in the same co-management interface platform in order to effectively solve the problem of the construction of the interface; construction management for the implementation of the hospital with the equipment system integration work should be itemized checklist can be constructed in accordance with medical quality and safety, convenient, comfortable operating environment such as medical liability, on a improve medical use of construction functional requirements.
