本研究欲將空間掃描統計(Spatial scan statistic)用在重覆性、可多次性觀察到的事件上建立模型,並且分析的資料為台灣2005年至2015年的地震震央相關資料。目的是找出台灣在這十一年的哪些鄉鎮市區是地震震央的可能群集,並且將同筆資料分成每一年去做時段分析(Temporal analysis),找出台灣每一年地震震央可能群集在哪。透過時段分析,觀察地震震央發生的鄉鎮市區會不會因時間性的不同而有所變化,其結果是不管是整個十一年所找到的群集或者是時段分析下所找到的群集,大致上有一致的結果,其中可發現地震較頻繁的地區為東部,尤其是花蓮縣秀林鄉是極為頻繁。
We propose in this study a method using spatial scan statistic for recurrent time-to-event data with application on Taiwanese earthquake data for the years of 2005 to 2015. Moreover, the proposed method is applied on the same data set for analyses by each year. Our aim is to find clusters of epicenters within administrative townships and districts. Results show that earthquakes more frequently occur in the eastern parts of Taiwan, especially in the Township of Shioulin.
