  • 面對永續發展與淨零碳排的全球趨勢,企業紛紛導入ESG(環境、社會、治理)理念進行轉型,而農業與物流業作為區域經濟與環境影響的重要環節,更需積極回應此一變革。本研究以臺東地區蔬果物流企業為個案,探討如何透過數位轉型與共享運輸機制,建構兼顧效率與永續的轉型營運模式。研究採用半結構式訪談法,訪談對象涵蓋農民、物流業者、政府與盤商等供應鏈利害關係人,並以主題式編碼與商業模式九宮格(BMC)架構進行歸納與分析。研究結果指出,現行營運仍受限於空車回程、資訊斷鏈與管理平台缺乏等問題,惟各方對共享物流與數位工具多表開放態度。
    結合ESG三構面,本研究進一步設計出以「雙向物流」、「數位治理」與「社會共創」為核心的轉型路徑,提出一套具實務可行性與永續潛力的數位平台營運模式。研究貢獻在於提供偏遠地區農業物流數位轉型之實證案例,並提出ESG嵌入式商業模式設計建議,作為中小型企業邁向永續與數位融合之參考。

    This study investigates how agricultural logistics enterprises in eastern Taiwan, particularly in Taitung, can adopt shared logistics and digital transformation strategies to achieve sustainable operations. Through in-depth interviews with stakeholders across the supply chain and analysis based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) frameworks, the research identifies key operational bottlenecks—such as empty return trips and lack of digital coordination—and explores feasible pathways for transformation. The findings demonstrate strong stakeholder support for shared logistics and the use of digital tools. The proposed business model integrates ESG principles and emphasizes the development of a collaborative digital platform, aiming to improve logistics efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and build a resilient, sustainable agricultural value chain in rural regions.
