  • 本文主要的目的是在一個4GL(4G-Like)的環境上建立一行動網際網路電話系統(MVOIP),4GL的環境以Internet為骨幹整合了區域無線網路、GSM及PSTN,該MVOIP使得4GL上的使用者可以相互打電話,並具有漫遊的功能。在文中,討論了下列有關MVOIP的問題(1)語音緩衝區大小的選擇、(2)Jitter及delay的解決、(3)封包重新排序方式、(4)行動電腦位址與電話號碼的對照、(5)通訊協定的運作模式等。本論文的貢獻則在一個新環境上建立一個新的應用。

    This paper’s main purpose is to establish a Mobile Voice over Internet Protocol (MVOIP) system in the 4GL (4G-Like) environment. 4GL to use as Internet for the backbone to integrate with wireless local area network, GSM, and PSTN.MVOIP proffer users can make a phone call two-way and have roaming ability on the 4GL envirommrnt.In this paper, we discuss some problems about MVOIP as listed below:(1)how to select voice buffer size,(2)jitter and delay solutions,(3)sort packet againt,(4)Mcma IP and phone number comparision,(5)protocol operation modle…etc.Out contribution is that we develop a new application in a new integration environment.
