在許多的複雜流場中,如何判斷實驗流場的穩定狀態和流場的三維性質是必要的,而了解船模艉流的變化便可改善船型與螺槳;本研究目的是於拖航水槽中建立一套三維跡流量測系統,且利用迷你雷射都普勒測速儀(Mini-Laser Doppler Velocimetry,簡稱Mini-LDV)驗證比較量測船模跡流結果。
本研究使用五孔皮托管於拖航水槽建立典型的三維跡流量測系統,此系統使用在跡流量測上已有五十年以上歷史,五孔皮托管雖然為一種侵入性儀器,但本身的穩定性與直接性使其為典型的船模跡流量測系統。此三維量測系統架設於一貨櫃船船模艉部,量測船模艉部於螺槳平面上入流的三維方向的速度: 法線速度、縱向速度、切線速度,並使用高準度非侵入性的雷射都普勒測速儀實驗於流場中單點量測。搭配自製的三維移動平台與防水套件進行水下量測。透過兩套跡流量測儀器觀察速度分布趨勢是否有一致性,並分析比較其測量不確定性,以架設一個精準且快速的船模跡流量測系統。
It is necessary that juding the stability and the three-dimensional characteristics in many kinds of complex flow field. Understanding the change of the stern flow can facilitate to improve the efficiency of propeller and hull form. The objectives of this research are to build up the measurement system of three-dimensional stern flow and to compare the result of stern flow by Mini-Laser Doppler Velocimetry (Mini-LDV).
This research use five-hole pitot Tube to set up typical measurement system which has been used for more than five decades for wake measurement. Although five-hole pitot tube is an invasive device, its stability and directness make itself a typical stern flow measurement system.The three-dimensional measurement system is located behind the stern of a container ship model and used to measure the three-dimensional velocity of inflow on propeller plane, namely radial velocity, axial velocity and tangential velocity. We use high accuracy and non-invasive Laser Doppler Velocimetry to measure a single point in the flow field with homemade moving platform and waterproof package. To build up an accurate and immediate stern flow measurement system,we observe the consistency of velocity distribution trend and analyze the uncertainty of measurement.
