  • 鑒於EMBA碩士在職專班之高階經理人,皆為經常久坐不動、缺乏運動、應酬多的族群,為心血管疾病之高風險族群。故本論文研究將以EMBA高階經理人為對象,擬定減重方案,並透過網路即時通訊(Line)及社群網站(Facebook)之輔助,協助學員達到飲食及運動等生活型態之改變。更進一步探討減重方案介入後,影響學員行為改變以及影響減重成效之關鍵因素。同時探討持續課程介入,是否影響復胖結果等。
    本研究主要採用質性研究方法,做為進一步的分析依據,受訪者共計10名,研究者透過半結構式深度訪談方式,經由雙方互動過程中,引導受訪者表達內心真實感受。針對基本人口學及生活型態部分則採取結構式問卷調查分析。
    研究證明,在減重成效方面:十週減重計畫介入後,全員平均減重8.54±3.33公斤,BMI平均降低2.95±1.16 kg/m2。在訪談結果部分:一、減重方案成功的最主要關鍵因素,依序為「領導者暨管理」、「團隊氛圍」、「自制力」、「知識改變」。二、學員最大的收獲及學習為「獲得正確減重知識」。三、持續的減重方案介入,有助於降低復胖率的發生。四、每日測量體重之學員,其體重維持效果優於其他學員。五、利用Line進行減重方案介入,藉由其即時、方便、互動性佳等功能,在疫情期間,透過遠距線上施行,減少社交接觸,降低感染風險,此一減重模式不僅參與者接受度高且成效佳,也可被廣為推展。此研究結果,希望未來能提供後續進一步學術理論之驗證。

    Considering that the managers in the EMBA tend to be sedentary, lack exercise, and consume alcohol, they are a high-risk group for cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, this thesis formulated a weight loss plan for EMBA students, and through the assistance of Internet instant messaging (Line) and social networking sites (Facebook), helped these students achieve lifestyle changes, such as diet and regular exercise. Further, the key factors that affect the behavioral changes of the participants and the maintenance of weight loss after the intervention are explored. In addition, whether continuous interventions affect the probability of weight re-gain is also discussed.
    This study mainly adopted a qualitative research method as the basis of further analysis. Ten participants were recruited and formally interviewed with semi-structured questions. Data was also gathered through the interaction process. To collect demographics and lifestyle information, a structured questionnaire survey was employed.
    Results show that after the intervention of the ten-week weight loss program, the average weight loss of all students was 8.54±3.33 kg, and the average BMI was reduced by 2.95±1.16 kg/m2. From the interview results., it was found that the most important factors for the success of the weight loss program were "leadership and management", "team climate", "self-control", and "knowledge change". In addition, the biggest gain and learning for the students was reported as "acquiring correct weight loss knowledge". Taken together, this indicates that a continuous weight loss program would help reduce the occurrence of obesity. Further, the weight maintenance effect of the students whose weight was measured every day was better than that of the control group. To achieve continuous monitoring, a social media application, Line, was employed to in the weight loss program. With its instant, convenient, and interactive features, Line was implemented remotely during the pandemic and online to reduce social contact and the risk of infection. This weight loss model was not only highly accepted by participants and achieved good effects, it can also be distributed widely. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide further verification of weight loss theories in the future.
