  • 本論文主要為建立一套「同步設計」研究策略,進行「輪椅固定與乘員束縛系統」(wheelchair tiedown and occupant restraint system,WTORS)產品設計,旨在透過系統化、理性化的產品設計流程,產生符合市場需求的WTORS產品。
    已開發國家同時面臨少子化和人口老化兩種人口結構極端問題,隨著高齡化社會來臨,身障、心障、失能等行動不便人士比例逐漸增加,因應「失能」人士行動不便,為解決其「移動」的需求,WTORS系統應運而生,運用WTORS產品保護行動不便人士於移動車輛載具行的安全,因此為避免因為交通事故造成失能人士二度傷害,制定WTORS安全規範,設計研發符合市場需求設備,管理符合法規設備的檢驗和測試認證,確保失能人士行動的安全,保障其基本人權和權利。
    研究過程透過產品體驗法、觀察法、調查法來瞭解產品,經由市場調查分析找出產品問題點(problem),運用「目標樹」設定產品設計目標,「明箱法」解析產品功能以制定設計規格,「品質機能展開控制」確保工程技術符合產品需求,「形態學圖表」發展設計提案進行設計分析(analysis),Pugh進行設計評價篩選出最適合設計方案,運用3D CAD軟體與DFA、DFMA方法進行機構設計(solution),按部就班完成系統化同步設計流程。
    制定設計目標是產品研發過程重要指標,應用「同步設計」策略目的在透過產品設計目標,導引相關部門緊密配合進行產品設計流程,使研發過程增加效率,確保設計目標正確,降低研發風險、控制成本與符合研發時程。WTORS研發過程排除創意感性式「黑箱法」設計,採用「明箱法」理性設計流程,將設計過程透明化,設計結果具有合理性與競爭力,產品可商業化具生產性,達到產品施工安裝簡易,操作安全快速,價格合理的設計目標。

    The main purpose of this paper is to establish a set of "Concurrent design strategy" research process for the product design of "wheelchair tiedown and occupant restraint system" (WTORS), aiming to produce products through a systematic and rational product design process. WTORS products that meet market demand.
    Developed countries are faced with two extreme demographic problems, declining birthrates and aging population. With the advent of an aging society, the proportion of people with disabilities, such as disabled has gradually increased. In response to the inconvenience of "disabled" people, in order to solve their "mobile" The WTORS system came into being. The use of WTORS products to protect the safety of the disabled in the vehicle and to avoid the second injury of the disabled due to traffic accidents, to formulate WTORS safety regulations, to design and develop equipment that meets market requirements, and to manage compliance Inspection and test certification of legal equipment to ensure the safety of the disabled and protect their basic human rights.
    Research process to understand products through product experience, observation, and survey methods, identify product problems through market research and analysis, use "objectives tree" to set product design objectives, and "transparent box methods" to analyze product functions to formulate Design specifications, "Quality function Deployment" to ensure that engineering technology meets product requirements, "morphology chart" to develop design proposals for design analysis, Pugh conducts design evaluation and selects the most suitable design , and uses CAD software and DFA methods to implement the mechanical design (solution), complete the concurrent design process step by step.
    Setting design objectives is an important indicator of the product development process. The purpose of applying the "Concurrent design method" strategy is to guide relevant departments to closely cooperate with the design process through product design objectives, so as to increase the efficiency of the R&D process, ensure that the design objectives are not shifted, reduce risks, and control the R&D cost is in line with the R&D schedule. The R&D process excludes creative "perceptual method" design and adopts the "Transparent box method" rational design process to make the design process transparent, the product is reasonable and competitive, the design results can be commercialized and productive, and the product construction and installation are simple. The design objectives is safe, fast and complete in operation and reasonable in price.
