臺灣已邁入「高齡社會」,民眾隨時可能面對處理家人、親友甚至自己需要照護的狀況。政府雖積極發展長照政策與公有資源,限於全民分配,需要時間摸索相關程序、申請、等待。相對於官方設立,近來由新創或企業經營之類似訂房網站、美食外送等之「長照服務平台」應運而生,透過數位科技輔助,提供資訊傳遞、服務資源整合或媒介,讓民眾適時、方便尋找。此類新興平台雖不夠普及,實具發展潛力。
本研究以科技接受模型為分析架構基礎,從創新擴散理論設定外生變數,探討以知覺易用性、知覺有用性作為中介時,對臺灣民眾使用長照服務平台意願之影響。針對臺灣地區曾使用、瀏覽或對長照服務平台具足夠了解的受試者進行網路問卷調查,最終收集有效樣本共計294份。
藉由實證發現,增加知覺易用性、知覺有用性作為中介變數,在使用意願上對於相容性、可試驗性、結果明確性確實有部分中介效應;傳統印象之人口相關變數,僅少數略有顯著,整體而言差異不大。建議未來長照服務平台發展可再思考創新獨特性,強化優勢。
Taiwan has entered an " Senior society," and people at any time may face situations where they need to take care of their families, relatives and friends, and even themselves.Compared to official establishments, recently established or corporate-run "long-term care service platform"(LCSP) have emerged. With the aid of digital technology, they provide information transmission, service resource integration or media, so that the public can be timely , Easy to find. Although such emerging platforms are not popular enough, they have real development potential.
The study uses the Technological Acceptance Model, TAM as the analysis framework, and then sets exogenous variables from the theory of innovation diffusion, and explores the influence of perceptual ease of use and perceptual usefulness as an intermediary on the willingness of Taiwanese people. An online questionnaire survey was conducted on subjects who had used, browsed, or had sufficient knowledge of the long-term care service platform in Taiwan, and finally collected a total of 294 valid samples.
The results of the study show that increasing perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness as mediating variables does have a partial mediating effect on compatibility, testability, and clarity of results in terms of willingness to use; population-related variables are only a few Significantly. It is suggested that the development in the future can rethink the uniqueness of innovation.
