本研究之目的在於設計出一適合渦輪引擎轉子高轉速特性之三相交流發電機,利用電腦軟體MagneForce Simulation來設定發電機主要設計參數:線圈匝數、矽鋼片、永久磁鐵及其發電機轉速…等來模擬發電機在高速轉動時所能產生的發電量、功率損失及效率,再以這些數據為依據,去推估在實務製作上、及發電機實體運作上可能發生的一些損耗,並利用這些估算來設計發電機,以達到在預定的轉速之下所能產生額定的發電量。
本研究以主軸馬達輔以變速箱來製作一高速發電機測試平台,以提高發電機之測試轉速,目標期望達到高速發電機設計之轉速90,000 RPM,並使用量測儀器示波器以及負載機來量測實體發電機之性能,並對其發電電壓的波幅、頻率及其功率作討論,最後以實驗數據和模擬數據來做為比對,進而探討其誤差、損耗的發生。
本實驗平台測試發電機成果,可以測得發電機在42,000 RPM有將近430 W的功率輸出,並且利用發電機的發電功率可以來推估出在轉速達90,000 RPM時,可以有超過1 kW的功率輸出。未來可以利用此一數據來對發電機進行改善,以達所訂定規格:90,000 RPM、1 kW輸出。
The purpose of this research is to design a rotor of turbine engine for high-speed characteristics of the three-phase alternator. A computer software MagneForce Simulation is used to design generator and to set parameters, like number of coil turns, silicon steel, permanent magnets and the generator speed…etc., to simulate generator and to provide voltage, power loss and efficiency in the high-speed rotation.
A high speed spindle motor is used to drive a generator and raise the speed upto 90,000 RPM by using a set of gears, which is used of helical gear as a drive element in this project. For providing data in this field, an full scale model is built to obtain experimental data, such as output voltage magnitude and frequency by oscilloscope, and compared it with simulations results.
The results show that the generator could provide 430 W at 42,000 RPM, and it is estimated the generating power could provide over 1 kW at 90,000 RPM. In the future, this data will be used to improve generator design and achieve the specifications 1 kW at 90,000 RPM.
