On the basis of several cases and data analysis, this research deeply analyzes the influence mechanism of virtual project team cooperation behavior. The research is on the foundation of several theories, including Wu-li Shi-li Ren-li system approach, theory of planned behavior, technology acceptance model, dynamics of group and transaction cost theory. The result shows that cooperation is necessary, and the social environment, personal experience and trust attitude etc. play an important role to the behavior of the project team. The research also discusses the method of choosing cooperation mode according to the project complexity and project ambiguity. The research enriches the research of virtual project team, puts forward the management suggestions of virtual project team, and provides a theoretical basis for management practice.
