汞齊合金廣泛地被大眾所使用的牙科材料,在日常生活中,用於臼齒蛀齒洞的填補,優點在於成本低廉,機械性質優異,微滲漏情形少,易於操作填補,同時具較長的使用年限。為了消除大眾對填補汞齊合金之恐懼,因為汞齊合金具良好機械性質,近來汞齊合金開發除了維持其優異性質外,著重於降低汞蒸氣釋出與改善其操作性。
本實驗研究在單成份球形汞齊合金中,加入經過不同球磨處理時間的合金粉末,處理時間5 min、10 min、15 min、20 min,並改變添加在球形合金粉末中的比例,5 %、10 %、20 %,壓製成12種條件的汞齊合金,來探究球磨處理時間與添加比例對汞蒸氣釋出,機械性質,潛變性質與腐蝕性質的影響。
結果發現,添加球磨合金粉末後,在汞齊合金的性質上扮演重要角色。添加球磨合金後,汞蒸氣釋出大幅降低,且較長的球磨處理時間會有較低的汞蒸氣釋出;添加適當比例經適當球磨處理的汞齊合金的抗壓性質與球形汞齊合金相當;添加球磨合金粉末的汞齊合金,有較高的徑向拉伸強度,顯示添加球磨合金粉末對徑向拉伸強度有提昇效果;當球磨合金粉末添加比例越高,潛變量越大;添加低比例的球磨合金粉末,有助於改善腐蝕性質,研究結果更發現,添加球磨合金粉末的汞齊合金腐蝕性質優於球形汞齊合金。
Amalgam is one kind of dental material that is used generally by people. It’s used for filling cavities in teeth. The advantage of using dental amalgam are low cost, good mechanical properties, good micro-leakage, handy in filling and can used for a long time.
The dental amalgams are a mercury-based dental filling. In order to clear the air for the vaporization of mercury, our research is lay stress on reducing the release of mercury and keeping the excellent mechanical behavior of amalgams.
The arm of this study was to determine the initial mercury release rate, mechanical behavior, corrosion properties by changing the ball-milling time and addition of alloy powder in a single composition type amalgam.
There are four different periods to mill alloy powder.(5 minutes,10 minutes,15 minutes ,20 minutes) and three different adding percentage (5 wt%,10wt%,20wt%) in our experiment.
The result indicate that the addition of irregular alloy powder could reduce the vaporization of mercury in amalgam. The lower rate of mercury vapor emission was observed by more content of irregular alloy powder. We found that the compressive stress of adding suitable weight percentage of irregular alloy powder in a single type amalgam as well as a single sphericital dental amalgam. The amalgam which added irregular alloy powder have the batter diametrial tensile strength and corrosion properties, but the creep rate is more large than the single sphericital amalgam .
