本文針對液晶電視系統廠,保護面板機構,將理論與實務相互結合,做一系列整合性有條理的技術分析。
隨著歐盟環保法規RoHS與WEEE均對產業將面臨環保設計、環保製程、使用替代料、產品檢驗及成本降低的困難與挑戰,也因此環境受到破壞。針對目前企業技術能力,預先產品生命週期評估,透過設計方法-TRIZ、卡榫設計、產品裝配維修及回收分析〔易組裝(拆卸)設計、模組化及易回收設計、產品多樣化設計〕及綠色材料選擇,實際運用,分別綠色包裝設計,機構減量設計及綠色創新設計(圓形槽轉盤可拆式綠色創新腳座),並提升產品4Rs-reduction(減量),reuse(再利用),recycle(循環利用)及recovery(回復功能)概念,達到具有環保特色的綠色產品。
To meet the environmental protection codes, such as RoHS and WEEE developed by industrialized counties, the producers of all the customer products have to endeavor their possible efforts to keep market competence as green products. This study focused on how the mechanism for protecting LCD-TV panel during its development stage is designed for environment friendly considerations.
To develop a new product, the earlier time of product lifecycle to take into account of environment protection considerations is design stage. The means can be employed including design for assembly, design for disassembly, modulization design, design for recycling, green material selection, and TRIZ method. For the mechanism to protect a LCD-TV panel, green packing (i.e. biodegradable materials used for packing), reduction of components by using snap-fit or less materials, design of the mechanism of sit-stand created by using TRIZ. Based on the concepts of 4Rs (i.e. reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery), the case studies described in this paper have shown that not only can the basic functions of products be reached, the level of green products can also be improved.
