  • 在本研究中,對兩家蒙古金融機構的比較表明,組織能力影響信息技術的實施。對參與研究的兩家非銀行金融機構的定性分析也表明,金融科技實施對客戶體驗有好處,組織能力會影響客戶體驗。因此,組織能力會根據金融科技對客戶的實施進行調整。總之,我們的研究結果證實金融科技有助於改善公司的客戶體驗。由於金融企業的客戶需求是基於金融服務的信息技術,客戶更喜歡信息技術使用金融服務。因此,我們的研究證實金融科技可以幫助企業實現更高的客戶體驗。此外,組織能力會影響客戶體驗的改善。我們選擇了兩家金融公司案例研究的比較,表明 A 公司的組織能力高於 B 公司。因此,A 公司較高的組織能力可以比 B 公司提供更高的客戶體驗。因此,客戶體驗公司 A 比公司 B 更具競爭力。此外,組織能力對金融科技客戶體驗之間的關係有積極影響。我們研究組織能力的結果是本質性的調整,它將有助於為金融科技的實施節省改進。

    In this study, a comparison of two Mongolian Financial Institutions showed that organizational capability influences the implementation of Information Technology. Qualitative analyses of the two Non-bank Financial Institutions involved in the study also demonstrated in the theory that fintech implementation has benefits to the customer experience and the organizational capability will affect customer experience. Therefore, organizational capability adjusts to fintech implementation to the customers. In conclusion, the result of our study approved that fintech helps to improvements of the customer experience of the firm. Because customers of financial firm's requirement is an information technology based on the financial service, customers prefer that information technology used financial service. Therefore, Our study has approved that fintech can help firms to achieve higher customer experience.
    Moreover, the organizational capability will affect the customer experience improvements. We have chosen a comparison of two financial firms case studies that demonstrated that Firm A's organizational capability was higher than Firm B. Therefore, the higher organizational capability of Firm A could help higher customer experience than firm B. As a result, the customer experience of Firm A was more competitive than Firm B. Furthermore, Organizational capability positive impact on the relationship between fintech customer experience. The result of our study organizational capability is the essential adjustment, and it will help save the improvements for the fintech implementation.
