在本研究中,我們調查了影響柬埔寨客戶對移動銀行滿意度的因素。 採用定量方法收集分析信息,並向參與者提供一份有關手機銀行的調查問卷,供參與者自行填寫。 該研究項目的樣本由 250 人組成,所有這些人都是通過稱為便利抽樣的過程選出的。 使用多元回歸分析研究結果。 根據這項研究,感知有用性、易用性、信任和安全性等因素顯著影響了柬埔寨客戶對移動銀行的滿意度。 根據調查結果,移動銀行服務提供商應通過提高其價值、易用性、可信度和安全性來優先考慮客戶滿意度。 這項研究的結果為改善柬埔寨和其他發展中國家的移動銀行服務提供了可行的建議。

In this study, we investigate the factors that influence the satisfaction of Cambodian customers with mobile banking. A quantitative approach was taken to gather information for the analysis, and participants were given a questionnaire about mobile banking to fill out on their own. The sample for the research project consisted of 250 individuals, all of whom had been selected through a process known as convenience sampling. The results of the study were analyzed using multiple regression. According to the study, factors like perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust, and security significantly impacted customer satisfaction with mobile banking in Cambodia. Based on the results, mobile banking service providers should prioritize customer satisfaction by enhancing their value, ease of use, trustworthiness, and safety. The findings of this research provide actionable recommendations for improving mobile banking services in Cambodia and other developing countries.
