隨著高齡化為全球性之議題,對長期照護的重視及需求亦同步增加。長期照護之「以病人為中心」的照護方式與「價值共創」之概念相符,兩者均經由利害關係人互動,尋求解決方案。本研究為探討長期照護機構如何透過內部及外部利害關係人之互動及機制,達到價值共創之目的。雲林縣同仁仁愛之家即為成功演繹長期照護機構之價值共創案例之一。
本研究以同仁愛之家為研究對象,採質性研究之「單一研究個案」研究法進行深度訪談,並結合長期照護機構及價值共創之相關理論,分析長照機構之內部與外部利害關係角色之價值共創過程。
依據對同仁仁愛之家之價值共創活動分析結果發現,如欲進行機構內之價值共創,首先須認定長期照護之本質,以確立利害關係人需求;接著以價值共創之觀點,針對利害關係人之需求,進行價值共創活動及整合,以滿足內外部價值主張,例如專業精進、個人化照護計畫等,讓所有價值共創利害關係角色,均能從中獲益,同時不斷吸引有志者共同參與,擴大長期照護之價值。
Much affected by the ever-lengthened longevity of Taiwan citizens and the phenomenon of much lowered childbirth rate, the discrepancy between the demand and the actual capacity of senior chronicle patients who need long-term healthcare keeps expanding. Policies made regarding long-term healthcare service aim to enhance the healthcare for the people who are entitled to less social resource and they try to establish an ubiquitous, highly accessible long-term healthcare network of fine quality for those people who are in need of help.
This research adopts the value co-creation theory in its exploration of how long-term healthcare institutions can offer solutions in order to meet the demands of all parties of interest through integrating and creating resources to co-create values.
