目前電力公司常採用路燈專用變壓器,直接供應公用路燈負載用電,然此供電方式對於投資成本降低較為有限,且路燈專用變壓器所產生之鐵損,亦會增加配電系統線路損失。本文提出改由電力用變壓器供應路燈負載之供電方式,首先建立改變路燈負載供電方式之線路架構圖,並推導模擬節能運算方塊圖後,運用圖控式程式語言撰寫節能成果模擬程式,且將模擬結果與現行之方法比較可知,本文所提之方法,確有助於減少電能損失及電力公司之投資成本,且使用者可將各低壓供電區域變壓器額定容量、變壓器既有負載量及路燈負載量等資訊,透過本文所提出之方法及設計程式選擇較適當之變壓器供電,確有助於公用路燈責任分界點位置之訂定,顯示本文所提之方法確實具有實用性。
Considering that the existent street lighting system supplied by the street-lighting type transformer is uneconomical. Furthermore, with the increased line loss of street-lighting type transformer, it also cause the increment of distribution line loss. Therefore, this thesis has suggested to utilize the power transformer as the main power source for the street lighting system. The thesis starts with the building blocks proposed for the change of power supply. Then, the virtual programming language is developed to assess the loss reduction as well as cost savings. It was found that through the extensive simulations under various assumed scenarios, the method not only owns the feasibility of reaching the goal of loss reduction, but also serves as useful reference to select appropriate power transformers in a street lighting system.
