本實驗是利用分子束磊晶,在850℃高溫、高真空環境,以多層膜方式,成長Cr1-xCoxPt3 序化合金薄膜,研究在Co/Cr 比例增加情況下,研究樣品磁滯現象、結構與表面型態之變化趨勢。
結果發現,隨著Co 增加,Cr1-xCoxPt3 合金薄膜之晶格常數有變小的趨勢;磁性方面發現當Co 與Cr 約各佔50%(X=0.54)時,樣品磁化量十分小,幾乎為零;此外也發現Cr1-xCoxPt3 並沒有像CoPt 與CrPt3合金一樣具有良好的垂直磁異向性。
We have prepared high quality Cr1-xCoxPt3 ordered alloy films in high temperature (850℃) by molecular bean epitaxy (MBE). We study the structure and magnetic properties of these films as a function of Co composition x.
We have found that the lattice spacing decrease with increasing of Co composition x. The magnetization(M) of Cr1-xCoxPt is almost zero
for X=0.54. We also found that Cr1-xCoxPt3 films have very weak perpendicular magnetic anisotropy.
