家庭能源管理系統藉由資通訊技術邁向綠色的概念(Green by ICT),改善家庭能源的使用效率,並促進家庭用戶永續的生活行為。然而,家庭能源管理系統所提供的各項功能與資訊(包含環境方面的資訊),是否符合人性化的需求,幫助其達到家庭節能的目的,還是為消費者帶來心理上的疲勞與壓力,造成所謂功能疲勞(Feature Fatigue)與資訊超載(Information Overload)的現象,是本研究所要探討的主題。本研究主要先蒐集家庭能源管理統的案例與相關文獻,分析其功能、資訊與環境資訊,透過問卷的方式,讓消費者評估家庭能源管理系統各項功能、資訊與環境資訊的重要性,並運用集群分析法,將消費者做出市場區隔。接著將家庭能源管理系統的功能項目與資訊種類分成低中高三種模式,以變異數分析探討消費者在不同模式之下,是否存在功能疲勞及資訊超載的現象,並且尋求最適當的功能設計及資訊呈現方式。最後依據不同的目標顧客需求,給予設計者對於家庭能源管理系統的開發策略分析,能讓設計者設計出適當的功能與資訊(包含環境方面的資訊)呈現,促進家庭能源管理系統的人性化設計並增強消費者在家庭能源管理系統使用上的意願,提升家庭節能的效率。
Home Energy Management System (HEMS) improves home energy efficiency and promotes sustainable living of household by ICT. However, it is not clear that the different features and information (including environmental information) provided by HEMS fit to the humanization which can help household save energy or reversely making consumers stressed and causing the phenomenon of feature fatigue and information overload. In order to clarify this issue, this study firstly analyzed various features, information and environmental information of HEMS by reviewing related literature and cases. Then, we conducted questionnaire surveys to let consumers rate those functions, information and environmental information and used cluster analysis method distinguishing consumer market. Next, three models (low, medium, high) of each HEMS were created in terms of features, information and environmental information and exploring whether consumers have the phenomenon of feature fatigue and information overload in different models by ANOVA. Finally, according to the needs of target customers, we can provide designers the product strategy analysis to design appropriate features and information (including environmental information). This product strategy analysis can improve user-friendly design of HEMS, promote the willingness of consumers to use HEMS and save home energy.
