市面上常見的電腦輔助服飾設計軟體多半是協助服裝設計師在電腦上進行平面衣版設計、修改、縮放等功能,而這些軟體都必須仰賴經驗豐富的打版師才能製作出合身的服飾,且在款式的設計上也較為單調。
因此本研究以人體模特兒為依據,開發一套客製化(Customize)服裝設計自動化軟體,結合平面衣版原型與參數化的設計,利用B-Spline曲面建構服裝元件的三維模型,使用者亦可利用曲面編修與裁剪功能,透過友善使用者介面,設計出具有個人風格與不同款式的服裝元件。本軟體並提供以圖與數據的方式展示人體模特兒重要特徵圍線資料與各圍合身度分析,提供服裝設計者一個易於設計評估結果的管道,與在設計上舒適美觀的基本要求。設計結果可整合衣版自動化應用程式,將三維服裝元件模型展開成二維衣版供給後續製作使用,以邁向服飾設計製作自動化的目的。
Most of the commercial garment design software invokes computer enhance design capability. This kind of software provides the functions of two-dimensional pattern design, modification and scaling on simply 2D pattern design. It relies completely on the knowledge of experienced designers in order to produce wearable dress. However, their designs emerge from 2D pattern cannot be easily diversified.
In this research, we develop a garment design automation tool based on her/his own digital human model obtained from bodyscanner. It combines the techniques of parameterized geometric modeling and basic knowledge of pattern prototypes. B-Spline surface method is utilized to create the three-dimensional model of garment. Through the provided friendly interface, model modification and slicing, the garment style is capable freely created in users will. Not only ultimate girth, lengths is revealed but also blouse analyze is showen by ways of diagram and numerical date. Garment designers can easily evaluate whether or not her/his creation is comfortable or delicacy. In order to reach the goal of garment design automation, pattern generating from the designed garment is consequently integrated into the design automation for later need is garment production.
