  • 目前業界或軍中的引擎試車方式皆為直接上機測試。然而,這種測試方式存在許多人為不定因子,對於剛接觸或是接任這項任務的人員而言,可能是一項負擔。因此,透過Matlab GUI (Graphical User Interface)建立的試車操作介面,能夠解決這個問題。發動機設計軟體利用年代工藝水平表作為發動機模型的基礎,並透過實際發動機數據測試收集和統計演算法,幫助使用者能分析發動機內部係數及熟悉發動機操作流程。其簡易的操作介面包含了發動機參數分析、地面慢車、飛行慢車以及控制盒調整出的各項參數。根據試車規範規劃出試車行程,讓人員更加熟悉發動機測試中應注意的數據和操作步驟。這有助於減少因人為錯誤而造成的失誤和發動機損傷,同時也可以作為使用者教育訓練的開端,使初次接觸或不常操作的人員更容易上手。

    Currently, engine testing methods in the industry or military are conducted directly on the aircraft. However, this method presents many human uncertainties, which can be a burden for personnel who are new to or have recently taken on this task. Therefore, the engine test operation interface established through the Matlab GUI (Graphical User Interface) can solve this problem.
    The engine design software utilizes the historical technological level chart as the basis for the engine model. By collecting and statistically analyzing actual engine data, it helps users analyze internal engine coefficients and familiarize themselves with engine operation processes. Its simple operation interface includes engine parameter analysis, ground idle, flight idle, and various parameters adjusted through the control box.
    The test schedule is planned according to the test specifications, helping personnel become more familiar with the data and operational steps that should be noted during engine testing. This helps reduce errors and engine damage caused by human mistakes and can also serve as the beginning of user training, making it easier for those who are new or infrequently operate the system to get started.
