知識為企業最珍貴的資產,如何運用相關資訊科技保存企業的知識資產,將是企業取得競爭優勢之關鍵。在知識管理與推理的相關研究中,因領域的不同而有不同的方法,其中,適用於不易建構條例規則或知識不完整的情境下的案例式推理(Case-Based Reasoning)則是一例,案例式推理一個相當關鍵,也相當重要的議題即是如何從過去的案例中,找出最相似於現在問題的案例,一旦找出和現在問題幾近相同的案例,若過去的解決方法已可相當完善的解決問題,那麼套用在現今的問題,勢必亦可獲得較好的解決。最近相鄰擷取(nearest-neighbor retrieval)是最為普遍使用的擷取法,學者大多將最近相鄰擷取法的概念,轉換成相似測度(similarity measure)的方式表示。本研究針對最近相鄰擷取法在擷取案例時所會遭遇到的問題,進行改善,並提出導入模糊語意的相似測度擷取流程,該擷取方法主要是參考Jeng與Liang(1995)模糊索引概念,本研究承接此概念,混合歸納式擷取法於最近相鄰擷取法中,先將部分相似度高的候選案例篩選出來,再計算候選案例與目標案例間的相似度。在相似度的計算上,本研究也提出了二個相似測度公式,進行該擷取流程的最後階段相似度計算工作,期望經由本研究所提的擷取流程能使得案例擷取時更具彈性,以提昇案例擷取品質。
