本研究透過個案訪談與觀察,發現善用有效的方法、快速的讓與自閉症個案接觸之關係人互相分享對孩童在不同環境與狀況下的理解與經驗能加強彼此間的互動性,且更能協助這些相關人士了解自閉症孩童的不同面向。因此本研究旨在以設計觀點設計出「觀測自閉症兒的15張輔助圖卡」,並透過操作運用所得之觀察線索與自閉症個案相關人士包含:家長、職能治療師或心理師、設計師與特教老師之綜合討論,強化父母、教師與治療師間的溝通,透過各領域專業間的整合,以便自閉症孩童的狀況被全方面的透析了解。透過文獻回顧並轉化IDEO創新圖卡的設計概念,運用設計方法設計出本研究之圖卡,可發現透過以觀測自閉症兒的15張輔助圖卡操作的過程中歸納出幾個結論:
一:提供一個多方互動且系統化的方式,幫助與個案接觸關係人找出個案在各方面的觀察線索。
二:此模式可適用於不同之自閉症個案,能有效率的協助與個案相關人士,包含:家長、特教老師、治療師或心理師,彼此間關係更緊密以了解自閉症孩童在不同環境空間之情況。
This research discovers an effective way through case interview and observation to make multidiscipline team members including parents, special education teachers, occupational therapists and psychologists share their understanding and experience of children with autism under different circumstances. To strengthen their interactivity, this study aims to design the "15 observing cards for autistic children," and the observing cards are created by using design method. Researchers transform the concept of the IDEO method cards to create observing cards in reference review. The 15 observing cards for autistic children provide better methods for those people related to autism cases. The concluded findings are:
1. Systematic and interactive ways for relevant people to observe and discover the clues of children with autism are provided.
2. The method can be applied to different autism cases. It efficiently helps to better understand autistic children in different environments by enhancing the communication and relationship between those related to autism cases such as parents, special education teachers, occupational therapists and psychologists.
