亞洲國家近來在經濟上的崛起已獲得全球的關切與注目，而兩岸三地中、港、台的經濟發展狀況，更是一直是備受關注的一個議題，而此三地的經濟奇蹟在世界經濟發展史的紀錄上，皆留下令人深刻的印象。

兩岸三地中、港、台的經濟成就各有差異，近年中國逐步開放證券金融業之業務，著手整理兩岸三地中、港、台的證券市場之市場發展背景及市場結構，解析台灣證券市場現況及因應與調整之方向。台灣證券業者在兩岸三地的證券市場，都將會有全新的面貌展開，利弊得失、法令規章、如何抉擇，都是我們應當重新評估及思考的重點。

本研究將從兩岸三地證券市場發展與結構進行介紹，整理相關市場結構及市場發展背景，進而探討兩岸三地法規制度面、總體經濟面、對外政策面及交易所機制，並將各項指標進行比較及分析，解析台灣證券市場現況及因應與調整之方向，最後針對台灣證券市場及業者所需注意之事項及問題，提出可能之解決方案或建議，以供參考。

Asian countries near future rise in the economic world has been deeply concerned with the attention, but the three places in China’s mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan's economic development status, it is has been a subject of concern, and the three economic miracle in the history of the world record of economic development on reserves under the instruction of people were impressed.

Economic achievements have differences among Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In recent years, China gradually opened the financial sector of the securities business, undertaking the background and structure of stock market, analyzing Taiwan Securities current market conditions and responding to and adjusting the direction. Taiwan's securities industry will have a new look to start in the securities market in the three places. The advantages and disadvantages, laws and regulations, how the choices are the points we should think and re-evaluate.

In this study, we will introduce from the structure and development of securities market in the three places. Then we will discuss the compilation of relevant market structure, general economic side, foreign policy and exchange mechanisms. Comparison and analyzing kinds of indicators to explain the current situation and the way of Taiwan stock market should be adjusted. At last, we will recommend solutions or suggestions about the issues and problems that Taiwan Stock Market and businesses should attended for reference.
