  • 台灣經濟部工業局於2012年為推動我國產業朝向節能減碳與產業綠化,建立綠色工廠標章制度,近幾年間也針對特定行業發行評估系統。而國際間也有不少國家與機關訂定出綠色工廠指標的評估項目與方法,但尚無明確包含環境面與社會面向之綠色工廠定義,因此本研究整合國外學者對未來綠色工廠之著重面向與評估項目,定義綠色工廠在未來需要考量之面向,致力於提升綠色工廠在未來更符合環境與社會效益。
    國內外文獻中雖有許多針對不同行業進行環境面評估或是社會面評估,但較少針對環境面與社會面一起進行評估,因此本研究藉由文獻收集與探討,提出未來在環境面與社會面之評估指標項目與內容,並且提供所蒐集之國內外計算定量與定性指標之方法。

    In 2012, the industrial Bureau of Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs set up the green factory mark system in order to promote Taiwan’s industries towards energy conservation, carbon reduction and industrial greening. In recent years, the industry-specific evaluation system was published. However, there are many countries and agencies have set out green factory assessment methods and index in the world. However, there is no clear definition of environmental aspects and social oriented green factories. Therefore, this study integrates the researches and evaluations of green factories in the future by foreign scholars and defines the green factories need to be considered in the future. It is committed to enhancing green factories more in line with environmental and social benefits in the future.
    Although there are many environmental or social assessments for different industries in the literature, but less for environmental and social assessment together. Therefore, this research collects and discusses through the literature, puts forward the future assessment index and contents in the environmental and social aspects, and provides methods for calculating the quantitative and qualitative indicators collected at domestic and abroad.
