    A series of chromatographic separations of the peel EtOH extract of Citrus grandis has led to the isolation of forty compounds. They include seventeen coumarins:7-geranyloxycoumarin (251)、osthenol (253)、isomeranzin (261)、marmin (263)、epoxyaurapten (270)、meranzin hydrate (282)、hopeyhopin (284)、7-hydroxy-8-(2′-hydroxy-3′-methylbut-3′-enyl)coumarin (286)、isoimperatorin (317)、bergamottin (319)、bergaptol (320)、17,18-dihydroxybergamottin (325)、epoxybergamottin (330)、auraptenol (379)、columbianetin (380)、yuehgesin-C (381)、bergomottin (382);eight flavonoids:naringin (135)、rhoifolin (156)、naringenin 7-rutinoside (165)、melitidin (224)、vitexicarpin (383)、chrysosplin (384)、5-hydroxy-3,6,7,3′,4′-pentamethoxyflavone (385)、rubranonoside (386);two triterpenoids:friedelin (64)、limonin (90);four benzenoids:eleutheroside B (369)、4-hydroxy-benzaldehyde (377)、phlorin (378)、methyl 4-hydroxy-benzoate (387);two steroids:β-sitosterol (72)、β-sitosterol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (75);one lignin:syringaresinol (388);one amids:N-[8′-(4′-hydroxyphenylethyl)]-2-hydroxybenzoylamide (389);five others:octadecatrienoic acid (390)、myo-inositol (391)、scyllo-inositol (392)、1-methoxy-β-carboline (393)、adenosine (394).The structures of this forty compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence, including 1D- and 2D-NMR、UV、IR and MASS analysis.
