This experiment utilizes the birefringent crystal Nd:GdVO4 to effectively separate the o-ray and e-ray within the cavity, generating radially and azimuthally polarized light. The measurement of the angle between the slit and the linear polarization direction confirms the polarization orientation in the azimuthal direction. The degree of polarization (D.O.P.) is employed to verify the polarization purity of the cylindrical vector beam at different orientations, followed by CCD measurement of the beam profile after passing through a polarizer. Quantitative analysis of the polarization modes HG 01 and HG 10 in cylindrical vector beams through m-square optical quality factor measurements.
