  • 隨著政府每年實施藥價調降,學名藥廠利潤備受壓制,目前學名藥之本土市場雖已達飽和狀態,各學名藥廠於競爭的環境下使得產能無法充分運用,故產能之妥善運用將成為學名藥廠提高收益的契機。相較於以新品牌形式外銷國際,接受國際上的委託製造能更加迅速的打入國際市場,台灣具備國際品質認可之優勢成為委託製造的最佳候選者,將產能開放給海外市場,不僅有助於提高整體收益,亦可望藉此跨足國際市場。
    委託製造之商機將形成台灣學名藥廠彼此互相競爭,在品質皆達國際認證的情況下,價格與前置時間為取得訂單之決定因素。本研究以兩家學名藥廠建構競爭模型,於實際上產能具有限制的情況下,求得其均衡決策,以及透過數值分析得知如何運用產能達到利潤最佳化,為業界提供最佳委託製造競爭策略。
    參數分析結果顯示,當雙方都產能不受限的情況下,利潤與決策不受雙方產能的影響;當一方產能有限制,另外一方產能沒有限制的情況下,產能受限的一方提高其產能有助於其利潤的增加,並呈現降低價格與縮短前置時間競爭的情況;當雙方產能皆受限制時,產能較多者利潤較高,可考量將產能提升高於對手,須避免產能少於對手太多的情況,亦呈現降低價格與縮短前置時間競爭的情況。

    Pricing and lead time are two crucial decisions to a success in today’s competitive markets. This thesis studies an outsourcing market of generic drugs consisting of two firms facing price and lead time-sensitive demands. A duopoly game is constructed to analyze the price and lead time decisions by the two firms.

    We examine the equilibrium pricing and lead time decisions in a duopoly industry consisting of two competitive firms. We solve four different conditions with capacity constraints for the Nash equilibrium solution. Our research provides important managerial insights about the firms’ behavior under price and lead time competition in a generic drug manufacturing industry.
