  • 在探討業務行銷人員經營客戶成功與否的要件中,對於外貌影響研究較少。本研究試圖補充文獻缺口,探討外貌吸引力對業務人員業績表現的影響。本研究選擇了20名N公司資滿三年且符合研究規範的業務人員為受評者。研究結果發現在控制外貌可信度、年齡、年資、學歷、婚姻等個人性質後,業務人員的外貌吸引力與其業績量呈現顯著正相關,代表業務人員的外貌吸引力對於業績是有正面幫助的。此外,研究發現年資愈高的業務人員,業績表現也愈好。老虎性格的業務人員也有較亮眼的業績表現。

    In discussing the factors of success of business marketing personnel in managing customers, there are few studies on the influence of appearance. This study attempts to fill a literature gap and explore the impact of physical attractiveness on business performance. In this study, 20 salesperson of N company who have been in business for more than three years and meet the research standards are selected as reviewers. The results of the study find that after controlling for personal characteristics such as appearance trustworthiness, age, seniority, education, marriage, etc., the appearance attractiveness of salesperson was significantly positively correlated with their performance, indicating that the appearance attractiveness of salesperson was positively helpful to performance. . In addition, the study find that the more senior the business people, the better the performance. The salesperson with tiger character also have a brighter performance.
