全球遊艇市場正方興未艾,預估未來遊艇產業的市場佔有率也會不斷擴大,具有發展潛力,過去遊艇活動被視為有錢人專屬的運動,但近幾年隨著造船技術的成熟,中國、杜拜等國家的興起,較低價格的遊艇,以及眾多製造商的競爭,另外,遊艇租賃也讓中產階級的民眾享有遊艇生活,在講求體驗經濟的今日,也越來越多人願意花錢享受平時不曾體驗的事情,而使遊艇市場的擴大。在國際上,台灣遊艇製造商也佔有一席之地,不管是在年度的排行榜上或是國際雜誌都能看到這些製造商優異的表現,並具有一定的口碑,如此的成果亦表示出台灣具有良好的製造技術以及品質保證,然而,至今大多數的台灣製造商仍然處於生產製造或代工階段,並未有自己培養並具成熟組織的設計團隊。所以本文盼望藉由系統化且客觀的設計流程,開發一套適用創新船殼設計的方法,方便設計師設計型態創新的遊艇或是打造具有品牌識別度的一系列產品。本研究將主要分為三部分,第一部分為市場調查與分析;第二部分為造型摻合平台的建立,第三部分為 3D 立體造形建立流程,最後依照此三步驟製作創新概念遊艇的設計。在第一部分使用以專家訪談方法,了解市場喜好,作為設計方向之參考,第二部分以JAVA程式語言撰寫設計平台,理論運用2D平面輪廓線和特徵曲線將遊艇與台灣特色元素進行造型摻合。最後,配合現有的船舶電腦輔助設計軟體,與上一步驟所得線圖以及船舶軟體內建資料庫,設計新的概念遊艇外部造型,並簡單計算其靜水性能,使其符合船舶基本性能需求。本研究提供一數量化方法創造新造型,將現有的遊艇搭配其他圖形,構成新的曲線,讓該圖形的能夠與現有遊艇造型做合適的結合,最高限度展現原先圖形的特色;新曲線可以完整的保存,提供給下一次的設計使用,對於品牌公司而言,可以有效的建立且保存屬於自己的品牌特徵,進一步的還能夠從舊有的產品造型中,增添新的元素,若有聯名品牌想做跨界合作,可以有更高度的配合,為未來遊艇設計加速製作過程並且創造出更多的可能。
The global yacht market is in the ascendant and it is estimated that the market share of the yacht industry will continue to expand. In the past, yacht activities were regarded as exclusive sports for the rich. However, in recent years lower-priced yachts appear based on the maturity of shipbuilding technologies, the rise of Asian manufacturers, and the competition between manufacturers. Also, renting yacht also allows the middle-class people to enjoy a few days of yacht life. Nowadays, the promotion of the experience economy increase people’s willing to spend money enjoying the yacht life. This change causes yacht market expanding. In addition, Taiwanese yacht manufacturers are well-known worldwide. They show excellent performances on not only the international annual rankings but markets. Such achievements also show Taiwan has good manufacturing technologies and quality assurance. However, most of the Taiwanese manufacturers so far still cooperate with foreign yacht designers mainly instead of having their own design team. Therefore, this study goals to developing a method for applying innovative hull design through a systematic and objective design process, which facilitates designers to design innovative yachts form or create a series product with brand recognition. This study will be divided into three parts: the first part is the survey and analysis of the yachts market; the second is the establishment of a shape blending platform by JAVA; the third part is 3D forming. Finally, the results are used to create new yacht design. Theoretically, feature curves analyzed, hull plan of yacht and special elements are blended in 2D. Finally, using the existing ship CAD software to design an innovative yacht and then to calculate its hydrostatic performance basically. This study provides a quantitative method to create a new form: the exist yacht combines with other graphics to create a new form and maximize the features of the original graphics. The new curve can be completely preserved and used for the next design. For the brand, it can not only effectively establish and preserve its own brand features, but also add new patterns into the old products. It is better cooperation when cross over other brands.
