環境資料與人類的生活息息相關,且須耗費大量的人力及時間來蒐集,一旦有緊急災難發生時,如有毒氣體外洩或海上油輪之漏油事件,不同時間序列的動態大氣及海洋環境資料、描述及視覺化顯示等,就變的非常重要。也唯有完整的合成化環境資料,方可提供有效的掌控及決策,但目前的GIS系統仍未能有效處理。尤其對具有時間序列之動態環境資料之建置及處理更是缺乏。
本研究首先在既有工具下,使用ArcGIS軟體系統為前處理工具,以台灣周邊海域之水深(含地形)、鹽度、溫度及底質資料為例,整理及建置海洋環境,並以Vis5D軟體為基礎,實際完成具有時間序列之3D動態海洋及大氣環境資料之建置作業及顯示。同時亦解析合成化環境資料描述與交換規範(Synthetic Environment Data Representation and Interchange Specification,簡稱為SEDRIS)內容架構,並以SEDRIS為基礎,建置符合STF格式之合成化海洋環境。
SEDRIS的發展是以滿足三軍模式模擬作戰中對於資料的標準格式及交換需求,同時對於建模環境中,所需的合成化環境亦有明確的分類及定義。由建置實例中得知,SEDRIS是基於空間資訊科學的技術,SEDRIS對於環境資料的描述及定義確實優於目前的GIS系統,尤其在”不可見”的環境資料處理及顯示上,可比較出明顯之差異。
Environment data are interactive with human life and always take a lot of time and man power to collect. Emergency disasters happen such as poison gas or oil leaking events, in case. It becomes very important to describe and display dynamic metrological and oceanic environment data for visualization in different time series. Only completive synthetic environment data can efficiently give support to command control and decision-making. So far, GIS system still can not handle it, especially in lack of building and pre-processing dynamic environment with time series.
Fisrt, according to our research, we use GIS system as pre-processing tool and adopt sounding, salinity, temperature and subbuttom characteristic in Taiwan waters to integrate and build oceanic environmental data. Next, We take Vis5D software as platform to complete dynamic 3D meteorological and oceanic environment data with time series for presentation. At the same. We analyze SEDRIS(Synthetic Environment Data Representation and Interchange Specification,SEDRIS) concepts and structure, and firstly try to take SEDRIS to built standard STF format of synthetic oceanic environment.
The develop of SEDREIS is to satisfy the requirement of standard format and exchange for military model visualization, and also to classify the definition of synthetic environment data. According to our research, SEDRIS is better than GIS system in environment data description and definition, especially in “invisible” data processing and display.
