This study aims to explore the application of Mixed Reality technology in corporate education and training to enhance training effectiveness. Background emphasizes the critical role of corporate education and training in enhancing employees' skills and knowledge and achieving operational efficiency and business goals in a highly competitive business environment. The study results offer practical recommendations and methods for organizations to promote the application of Mixed Reality in corporate education and training, maximizing the effectiveness of learning and development. The paper addresses two objectives:
Explore the introduction, process, challenges, and outcomes of Mixed Reality technology in corporate education and training.
Utilizing Kirkpatrick's Four-Level Training Evaluation Model to assess its effects at different levels. The evaluation of the application of Mixed Reality technology in corporate education and training addresses issues such as the lack of interest and engagement in traditional training, providing rich learning experiences, integrating real work scenarios into virtual settings to enhance learner motivation and engagement, providing real-time feedback, reducing actual training costs, and achieving positive effects on learner satisfaction, promoting cross-departmental collaboration, and improving efficiency and productivity. The study also points out limitations such as sample size, research design, and technological constraints that need to be carefully considered. In conclusion, the research provides recommendations for management to use the A.D.D.I.E. model for training material production, emphasizing the importance of risk management and a comprehensive execution plan to ensure the successful application of Mixed Reality training.
