  • 本篇論文提出行動數位文化遺產的平臺叫文史脈流,來解決數位文化遺產的議題。 文史脈流平台結合了地理資訊系統和適地性服務讓使用者可以透過網路和全球定位系統去獲得地理資訊和這些相關的應用。文史脈流平台主要得特點如下。 (1) 根據行動數位文化遺產內容的考量,文史脈流平台從景點,景線,景區和主題故事的觀點來闡述行動數位文化遺產。(2) 對於技術上的問題,文史脈流定義了設交網路相關的功能規範,組員透過分享內容來增加用戶間的關係,這屬於”讀”的動作,群組功能也提供群組創建者修改組員內容的權限,這屬於”寫”的動作。此外這篇論文還提出驗證功能來控制內容或群組的品質。 (3) 根據應用的考量,文史脈流平台定義了COI的新機制,用於開發客製化服務。 COI 機制允許社群的用戶創建和運用他們在文史脈流平臺中自己做的景點,景線,景區和主題故事, 一個COI的網站或APP可以擁有多個文史脈流的內容。 文史脈流平台提供了三種方法讓管理者從文史脈流匯出內容到COI,分別是根據帳戶,群組和主題故事得概念。 (4) 根據應用的考量,文史脈流平台提供用Django框架開發的網頁應用程序介面(API)和Node.js框架開發的手機應用程式的API,分別來提供前面所提到的服務來給文史脈流平台。這篇論文中會提出這些景點,景線,景區和主題故事metadata的元素,功能規格和系統實作的問題

    This thesis proposed a Mobile Digital Cultural Heritage (M-DEH) platform called Demodulating and Encoding Heritage (DEH) platform to tackle the issues of the M-DEH. The DEH platform combines the Location Based Service (LBS) and the Geographical Information System (GIS), which allow users to get geographical information and corresponding applications through the networks and global position system (GPS). Main characteristics of the DEH platform are as follows. (1) For the M-DCH content concern, DEH interprets M-DEH from the viewpoint of point, i.e., Point of Interest (POI), line, i.e., Line of Interest (LOI), area, i.e., Area of Interest (AOI), and story/site, i.e., Story/Site of Interest (SOI). (2) For the technical concern, DEH defines the social network-based grouping functional that allows (i) members’ contents sharing, which belongs to the “read” action and (ii) the group creator/leader to have the privilege of modifing members’ contents, which belongs to the “write” action. In addition, the thesis proposed a verification function to control the quality of contents with the verification status of contents or groups. (3) For the application concern, DEH defines a new mechanism called Contents of Interest (COI), which can be used for developing a customized service. The COI mechanism allows a community of DEH users to create and access their own POIs/LOIs/AOIs/SOIs that are still stored in DEH’s database, which may have ten/hundred thousands of POIs/LOIs/AOIs/SOIs, by developing a specific COI X’s web site and APPs. The DEH provides three ways for DEH administrator to export contents from the DEH platform to COI X, which are based on account, group and SOI respectively. (4) For the service concern, DEH provides (i) web Application Programming Interface (API) using Django and (ii) mobile API using Node.js to support the aforementioned services for the DEH platform. In this work, details, including the metadata elements, main functional specifications and system implementation issues for POI, LOI, AOI, SOI, Grouping, COI, etc., of the DEH platform are presented.
