  • 由於傳統的教育存在著一些缺點,加上最近幾年來網際網路與E-Learning的興起。因此我們設計了一套以PBL為基礎的互動式教學系統,希望能夠彌補傳統教育的不足。
    本論文使用此PBL教學系統來輔助醫學院的學生來進行PBL的課程,我們提供了許多嶄新的功能幫助學生有更好的學習效果。為了讓學生能夠更融入PBL課程,設計PBL課程步驟的操作情境,藉由醫師提供的真實病患教案讓學生探討學習並操作系統加以記錄。讓學生在課堂學習時有更多的時間參與討論,一般PBL的課程學生不僅要參與討論,還要花大部分的時間來記錄,也由於在匆忙的情況下紀錄,無法使紀錄的資料能有效的具體呈現,來增進思考。本論文實作一個「PBL課堂環境」,讓學生在互相討論時可以輕易的使用本系統來記錄相關討論的結果,系統也會依照輸入的資料即時地將資料轉換成心智圖並加以呈現,來促進學生們的思考與想像空間。

    For the rise of the internet, the e-learning has become more and more important. We design and implement a PBL-based interactive learning system to help students fully understand how to apply their knowledge to clinical cases.
    This paper provides some mechanisms to improve the effectiveness of the PBL medical education. We develop tools to simulate the operation of PBL course. Students can know how to record the keyword and discuss the problems of the patient in class from the mind-map. Our PBL System lets students save much time to record their results of discussion. This system also can transfer these results to a mind-map immediately which can display more concrete in vision and promote the thinking and imagining ability of students.
