  • 機械製造業中工安意外和人身安全問題對新一代投入傳統製造產業的意願是否有影響,並提出改善產業經營方針以提高產能並在逆境中求生存的相關建議。此外,本研究還關注職場環境中的工作壓力和滿意程度對從業人員的影響,以及企業體制對於福利勞方和業主對其重視程度的探討,提供相應的建議供參考,以達到最大的改善效果。最後,以全球化趨勢和新興科技崛起、人口勞動力老化為基礎,探討對於車險加工製造業面對產業革新的情況下如何應對和適應。為了達成研究目的研究流程分為五個章節,共八個部分。首先,根據研究背景、動機和資料收集,確定研究的主題。接著,制定研究目的,確定研究對象。然後,進行文獻探討,歸納關於車銑加工製造業復甦來源和相關理論的文獻,並整理成4大準則及16項關鍵要素。首先,利用層級分析法(AHP)評估10位專家和300位從業人員對本研究議題的相對重要性,以獲取各項權重結果。探討內容為職場安全對從業人員對該行業的考慮是否存在外部因素影響的情況。並且探討研究工作壓力對從業人員對該行業的心理因素和偏見產生的影響。探討在企業體制健全的情況下,仍需要重視員工福祉和改善措施的重要性。同時,針對面臨產業革新的體制,探討傳統機械製造業應該如何求新求變。最後,透過層級準則和關鍵要素的分析,針對問卷結果的重要程度進行分析,促使傳統機械加工業採取相應的改善計劃以保持產業的持續運作。
    綜上所述,所得研究結果權重排序為經營方針之數位轉型為最高、特別危害作健康作業暴露危險性為其次、第三為獎勵薪酬為第三根據權重表示復甦影響重要順序。最後兩項為工時縮減以及加班制度。並且從中得知,專家與300位從業人員所重視的類別皆有所不同看法並分別提出建議和相關措施改善。受到復甦兩方所探討的本研究將對傳統機械製造業中的工安意外、人身安全問題以及職場環境、工作壓力、福利制度和經營方針等方面進行深入研究。研究結果將有助於了解這些因素對新一代人才投入傳統製造產業的意願是否產生影響,並提供相關建議以促進產業的發展和提高生產效能。通過分析車銑製造業行業工作體系與革新趨勢各項重要指標,提出應對策略和建議幫助傳統機械製造業在變革中求生存、提高競爭力。

    Occupational accidents and personal safety concerns in the manufacturing industry may impact the new generation's willingness to join traditional manufacturing sectors. To improve operational strategies, enhance productivity, and survive in challenging times, recommendations are proposed. The study also focuses on work pressure, job satisfaction, and the significance of employee welfare within the corporate structure. Additionally, it explores how the automotive manufacturing industry can adapt to industrial transformation. The research consists of five chapters and eight sections.
    Firstly, the research topic is determined based on background, motivation, and data collection. Secondly, research objectives and subjects are identified. A literature review summarizes recovery sources and theories in the milling manufacturing industry, resulting in four criteria and sixteen key elements. The Analytic Hierarchy Process assesses the topic's importance among experts and practitioners, revealing prioritized factors. Discussions address Job satisfaction considerations, work pressure, and the importance of employee welfare in well-established corporate structures. Recommendations for innovation in traditional machinery manufacturing industries are also provided.
    In conclusion, the research findings prioritize digital transformation of operational strategies, hazardous health operation risks, and reward compensation as influential factors for recovery. Experts and practitioners differ in their perspectives and suggestions. This study investigates occupational accidents, personal safety concerns, workplace environment, work pressure, welfare systems, and operational strategies in the traditional machinery manufacturing industry. The results help understand their impact on the new generation's willingness to join the industry and provide recommendations for development and increased efficiency. Strategies and suggestions are proposed for traditional machinery manufacturing industries to adapt and improve competitiveness in the face of industrial transformation.
