  • 落重式撓度儀 ( Falling Weight Deflectometer , FWD)利用落錘自由落下撞擊路面以得到衝擊載重與鋪面面層變形的關係,再代入反算程式得知鋪面材料現有的強度,用來做為鋪面維修評估之依據。現今各種模擬FWD之模型是基於不同理論下所發展出來,其共通點為皆以作用力歷時取代實際落錘,本研究針對忽略落錘質量對模擬精確度的影響及鋪面影響範圍進行分析探討。
    本研究以有限元素軟體ABAQUS分別建構具有落錘之模型與僅受衝擊作用力之鋪面模型。以比較兩模型計算所得之變位歷時之差異,探討落錘實體對鋪面遭受衝擊時之變位影響。針對鋪面模型之影響範圍、落錘模型4種落距、橡膠墊之阻尼、落錘與鋪面之質量比、路基阻尼等不同因素,進行敏感度分析,以助釐清並掌握FWD數值模擬分析時之正確特性,提高未來FWD反算程式之精確度。

    FWD (Falling Weight Deflectometer) used the mass falling on the pavement to get the relation between the impulse and the deflection. Thus, used this information to backcalculate the sfiffness of the pavement. Today many FWD simulated model are developed on the basis of different theories, but all of them are used a time history of impulse to simulate the falling weight. This study disscusses the effect of falling mass and the slab size on modeling FWD test.
    This study used ABAQUS to construct the model which used the falling mass and the model which used the time history of pluse force. On the basis of different falling height, the slab size, the damping of roadbed and rubber and the falling mass to disscuss the deflection of the pavement. And using the result of this study to check the accuracy of FWD backcalculation methods.
