People with neurotic feature are more easily to perform over emotional which have low inhibition and less controllable on negative emotional expression. Internet give these people another choice to present themselves with more liberty and anonymous. People with neuroticism may face the impulsive emotional expression and are more likely to receive negative feedback from real social interpersonal communication. Thus, people with social anxiety and loneliness such as Neuroticism may use this anonymous, fabulous internet feature, to have more close and trust feelings, that might produce more self-disclosure and real-me expression. Using internet seems to increase closer relationship for those who tended to addicted to cyber use. Due to this effect, people may tend to disclose more online instead in their real life. In their real life, the problem of inter-personal relationship still remains and influence their social interaction. Our result shows neuroticism is related to online interpersonal anxiety which is the mediator of neuroticism predict internet addiction.. As shows, these features may improve the online relationship, and might increase the possibility to have internet addiction.
