The CEO is a critical person in the company's operations. The CEO is responsible for the establishment of company policies, strategies, finances, and corporate culture. This
research mainly explores whether CEOs with exercise habits can enhance the cognitive function of the brain, drive positive personal emotions, improve the quality of decisionmaking, enhance the company's operating performance, and ultimately create higher company value. Representatives of CEOs who have exercise habits can train not only functional physical fitness during sports, but also have positive emotions to withstand high pressures and improve work efficiency. Creating a better return on assets has a positive impact on corporate performance.
