按等物質的量比混合兩種醛,採用一步法設計並合成出系列中位取代的三苯胺基氰基(硝基)紫質,產物經薄層層析分析表明:包括六種紫質配體混合物,以矽膠為固定相並採用不同體積比的二氯甲烷和正己烷為沖提液,對六種紫質配體混合物進行分離,用波譜方法對六種化合物的结構加以確認。接著我們研究了六種紫質配體的螢光光譜,在650 nm的螢光强度很强,隨著兩取代基團的比例有所增減,在三個三苯胺基及三個氰基個紫質中有相對強度的螢光,表示其連接紫質橋梁雙共軛體系之間存在複雜的關係,且儘管氰基是拉電子基團,但是連接三個三苯胺基以及兩個三苯胺基氰基存在著D-π-D的性質,其餘的則顯示D-π-A的性質。
We successfully synthesize six different meso-substituted porphyrins that include donor group and acceptor group by binding in the “pocket” of the porphyrin ring system. Direct condensation of pyrrole and equivalent mixture of two aldehydes can synthesize six different polar porphyrins by TLC analysis and then get purification by silica gel and appropriate eluted solvent. Excited with UV light, the energy was transferred to the porphyrin core and reemitted red light. Porphyrin with different meso substituted apparently redshift or blueshift relatively, and its photoluminescence also appear similar conclusion. Finlly, we discuss its absorption and fluorescence in different polar solvent and find not all of this porphyrins appear D-π-A properties.
