在今日國際競爭激烈的經濟環境中,高科技產業為實現企業目標及追求股東價值極大化,紛紛推行供應鏈管理以整合供應商與顧客需求,提高企業競爭優勢。因此,供應鏈的運作效率是公司的經營績效中很重要的一項關鍵因素,沒有效率的供應鏈運作代表著產銷無法得到很好的協調,所以適當的績效衡量指標在供應鏈設計與分析上扮演著重要的角色。不同產業間的績效衡量指標及其各衡量指標間的重要程度亦不同,本研究經由學者及學術機構所提出之供應鏈管理績效指標及彙整相關的文獻探討後,建立適合國內高科技產業之供應鏈管理的績效衡量指標,並透過實證研究的方式,對國內的高科技廠商進行問卷調查,彙整資料並利用模糊積分、λ-average、weighted generalized means及γ-operator,瞭解各指標間對高科技廠商的重要程度,將實證研究所得之結果應用在個案上,進行個案分析,比較及探討其間之差異,並進行歸納與討論。本研究的主要目的為:(1)制訂國內高科技產業之供應鏈管理績效衡量指標,給予高科技產業在實施供應鏈管理時選擇績效衡量指標之參考;(2)利用語意變數,結合模糊積分、λ-average、weighted generalized means及γ-operator,建立供應鏈績效評估模式;(3)進行個案分析與比較,以協助個案公司瞭解公司本身之供應鏈管理之績效。
