國民教育是國家實施學校教育最基本場所，投資教育與健康無非是要學校成為一個健康的居住、學習和工作的場所。近年國內外推動健康促進學校計畫以及教育部之永續校園推廣計畫之正積極進行，惟我國目前對於校園環境尚無一整合性之評估模式。因此，本研究「國民小學校園環境健康評估因子之研究—以台南市國民小學為例」，內容係針對國民小學探討校園環境健康之議題，依據國內外相關健康學校指標、健康促進學校、永續校園等相關文獻回顧，利用「模糊德爾菲法」及「層級分析法」專家問卷方式，篩選校園環境健康評估因子並建立架構，及進行權重分析，期能建立一套適合我國國民小學校園環境健康自我評鑑之評估模式。
■研究目的
一、瞭解影響國民小學校園環境之健康因子及其關係。
二、跨領域整合以建立校園環境健康評估系統及其評估模式。
三、瞭解台南市國民小學校園環境健康概況及問題。
■研究結果
一、運用模糊德爾菲法篩選重要因子，建構國民小學校園環境健康評估架構，為四個面向包括「校園安全」、「校園衛生」、「環境管理」、「室內環境」及21項因子。
二、運用層級分析法由專家專業判斷，確立校園環境健康各評估因子間之權重。
三、建立我國國民小學校園環境健康評估模式及評價法。
四、運用校園環境健康評價法於台南市國民小學校園環境健康狀況之調查，探討台南市校園普遍需加強改善之項目。

National education is that the country handles the most basic place of education of the school. It is the place that want the school to become a healthy setting for living , learning and working to invest in education and health. Promote the Health-promoting School Programs both at home and abroad in recent years and the Sustainable Schools plans which Ministry of Education is carrying on actively, but there is not a combining assessment tool for the environment of the campus in our country. Therefore, this study “A analytical study on campus environmental health factor in the elementary--based on the elementary schools in Tainan”, The content is a healthy topic to the elementary schools probes into the environment of the campus, according to relevant document retrospect , such as international relevant School health index , Health promoting schools , Sustainable schools ,etc. .Use the Fuzzy Delphi Method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process expert's questionnaire of prefessionals,to choose the campus environmental health factor and set up structure,carry on the weighting value,this research hopes that way will be the assessment of campus environmental health studies in the future for Taiwan.
■Purposes
1.Understand that influences of the campus environment health factor and relation in the elementary.
2.Set up the system and assessment wayof campus environment health by compiling.
3.Understand the campus environmental health overview and question of on the elementary schools in Tainan.
■Results
1.Use the Fuzzy Delphi Method to choose the important factor, in order to build the structure of the campus environment health,including four parts of “School safety”, “School hygiene”, “Environmental management”,“Indoor environment” and 21 factors.
2.Use the Analytic Hierarchy Process which to be judged by expert's questionnaire of prefessionals to establish the weighting value among the campus environmental health factor.
3.Set up the system and assessment wayof campus environment health.
4.Use the investigation in the campus environmental health of the campus of the elementary schools in Tainan of assessment of environmental health, in order to examine the project generally needed to improve in campus of Tainan.
