夜視裝備的出現改變了傳統作戰形態,而夜視裝備妥善狀況直接影響夜戰能力是否得以適切發揮,並對夜間飛行時的飛航安全也佔有關鍵角色。為有效發揮全天候的作戰能力,除了採購各種新式裝備外,後勤維保工作與週期性的校驗工作更是不可省略的。本研究目標以輔助校驗人員執行空用型夜視鏡影像品質檢查與故障檢測,設計模組化的輔助設備可快速安裝於檢測平台上,並建構被動自動調整焦距系統,較傳統人工對焦方式可更效率且準確的夜視鏡影像畫面檢查,達到輔助夜視裝備校驗檢查工作,縮短了人力執行校驗工作所需的對焦時間並且解決人員判斷檢測結果而存在的差異性,例如勞累、注意力不集中等問題,避免發生因為人的因素導致檢驗的結果不正確,藉此提升夜視鏡校驗效率與國軍夜視裝備穩定與品質。
A night vision device is important to the helicopter pilots’ flight combat ability and also can increase flight safety at night. In this thesis, a test bench is developed such that the Night Vision Goggle (NVG) can be attached on the fault detection platform for automatic inspection, where an auto-focusing mechanism and procedure are applied. With this device, the faults can be identified and located in a more efficient and effective manner.
