Knowledge has become the most important strategic asset of the firms. And the knowledge management is also the most interesting issue for strategic management nowadays. Companies were trying hard to create new knowledge for
sustain competitive advantage in market. However, knowledge creation starts from knowledge sharing, and the knowledge sharing will lead to high organizational performance. Therefore, this research introduce the concept of the knowledge sharing into supply chain management which is the most concern of firms. It will
lead to a higher performance by a reciprocation among knowledge sharing and supply chain collaboration, coordination or integration mechanisms.
This research is focus on: (1) What is the value creation in supply chain management associated with knowledge sharing? (2) How does it important to performance by combination with knowledge sharing and supply chain
management? (3) How does the integration mechanism work between knowledge sharing and supply chain performance?
The major findings are: (1) The more supply chain collaboration or coordination, the more activities of knowledge sharing, (2) Knowledge sharing is a mediator in
supply chain management, (3) The relationship between knowledge sharing and supply chain performance will be moderated by different integration mechanisms.
