  • 2019年12月,影響全球的COVID-19於中華人民共和國湖北省武漢市被發現,在高度傳染性以及沒有疫苗防制的情況之下,失去控制的病毒在2020年迅速擴散至全球各地,讓許多企業開始運用線上視訊會議系統進行商業間的交流,進而帶動視訊串流的發展,企業也開始運用串流平台進行員工訓練,一來降低訓練成本,二來可以短時間內完成更多的員工訓練。
    本研究對象Hahow是一群七年級生創立的線上學習平台,取名自台語「學校」的諧音,6年來累積與500名老師合作開設600多門線上課程,會員人數突破50萬;從疫情嚴峻的兩年內已開設200多堂課,營收翻1.8倍達到2.7億元,流量也大幅增加1.5倍,會員使用時間也成長56%,是在全球疫情襲捲下少數逆風高飛的企業。Hahow好學校獨有的價值共創模式,讓產品的價值由利害關係人共同參與創造,短時間內成為亞洲最大的線上學習平台,也讓其他的線上學習平台開始效法其價值共創模式,開始了線上學習產業平台化的趨勢。然而欲投入線上學習產業的企業將可能面臨難以維持平台成員良好關係,以及建構屬於線上學習平台的價值共創模式等難題。
    研究結果發現,Hahow好學校主張「創造一個不受限與適才適性的環境,讓大家更輕鬆快樂地累積知識技能,推動社會持續進步。」,吸引相同理念的教育家以及學生共同參與其價值共創模式,以獨特的價值主張勾勒出價值共創的藍圖。而在一連串的互動過程中,互動的產生是參與者自發性地進行,Hahow好學校所扮演的腳色只在建立與營造一個有利於參與者互動的環境,使參與者能夠為彼此更直接的創造效益,而建構出的價值共創模式還要有能為參與者互利共榮的機制,參與者有進行互動的原動力,平台才能達到永續循環的經營。

    In December 2019, COVID-19, which has a global impact, was discovered in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, People's Republic of China. Companies are also starting to use streaming platforms for employee training to reduce training costs and to complete more employee training in a short period of time.
    The subject of this study, Hahow, is an online learning platform founded by a group of seventh-graders, named after the Taiwanese word for "school". Hahow's unique value co-creation model allows the value of the product to be created by the participation of stakeholders, making it the largest online learning platform in Asia within a short period of time, and allowing other online learning platforms to follow its value co-creation model, starting the trend of phantomization in the online learning industry.
    The study found that the value proposition of Hahow attracts like-minded educators and students to participate in its co-creation model, which is a unique value proposition that outlines a blueprint for value co-creation. The Hahow play a role in establishing and creating an environment that is conducive to participant interaction, enabling participants to create benefits for each other more directly. The platform will be able to achieve a sustainable operation.
    The study found that Hahow's value proposition attracts like-minded educators and students to participate in its value co-creation model, which outlines a blueprint for value co-creation with a unique value proposition. Hahow's role is only to establish and create an environment conducive to participant interaction so that participants can create benefits for each other more directly, and to construct a value co-creation model with a mechanism for mutual benefit and prosperity for participants. The platform will be able to achieve a sustainable cycle of operation.
