This research purposes to investigate the effectiveness of sleep quality on class concentration and creativity attitude of senior high and vocational high school students. The research instruments include: the Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index, the Creativity Assessment Packet and a Classroom Concentration Questionnaire. It is based on senior high and vocational high schools located in the northern, central, southern and eastern areas of Taiwan. The samples are comprised of 1300 students through stratified purposive sampling from sixteen senior high and vocational high schools in Taiwan. This is done to explore whether there is a difference between class concentration and creativity attitude in high school students' sleep quality status. SPSS 22 is used to implement Pearson Correlation, one-way ANOVA, and one-sample t-test to evaluate the variables of sleep quality, classroom concentration and creativity. The results of this research indicate that:
1. Students with good sleep quality have better classroom concentration than those with poor sleep quality.
2. Students with good sleep quality have better creativity attitude than those with poor sleep quality.
Based on the results, several suggestions for future studies and implications for teaching are provided.
Keywords: sleep quality, class concentration, creativity attitude
